A few months ago I was interviewed for an article on erectile dysfunction in young men. It was interesting to talk to a young reporter who knew absolutely nothing about the subject. He sent me a long list of questions and we had several long conversations on the phone. I thought this would be a great opportunity to educate the public on a very taboo subject among young men.
The article did a pretty good job of bringing this topic to light. Overall, excellent doctors had some great input on sexual difficulties ranging from too much cold medicine to bike riding to drugs and the use of alcohol to get stressed. It was summed up that erections are incredibly complex and we should be surprised that they work and not when they don’t.
The main culprit for the erection problems I see in young men is stress. Men are under ridiculous stress when it comes to sex. The ubiquitous consumption of porn has distorted reality so much that young men in particular have no idea what sex is. Since men have never been allowed to have authentic discussions about sex or sexuality, there is no peer influence to free them from their pornographic beliefs. Consequently, young men try to recreate pornographic images scenes and behaviors that they believe are prerequisites for good sex.
Not a week goes by that I don’t have to remind men that sex is just a form of play. It’s not a job, a proving ground, a talent show, or a competitive sport. When a couple can relax and play, the stress goes away and stress-related erectile dysfunction is no longer a problem. If you have a serious problem with erectile dysfunction, you can consult a doctor and ask for medication like Tadarise 20 or Aurogra 100 to temporarily gain erections.
